Sometimes journalists need to allow themselves to pause and take a look around amid the constant whirlwind of work. During our Mental Health Evening for Media, the focus shifted from deadlines and results to inner well-being and self-care.
Throughout the evening, we explored mindful self-compassion practices and tried to reconnect with our own sources of support — that inner spark that helps us keep moving forward without overwhelming pressure. We were guided in this process by psychologists Yuliia Tkachenko and Olha Koba.
The program is implemented by the Souspilnist Foundation in cooperation with the BrainCult Center for Development and Psychotherapy, with support from IMS (International Media Support)
