Souspilnist Foundation, with the support of Detector Media, Internews Ukraine and the Independent Media Council invites journalists from across the country to take part in the School of Strategic Communications and Anti-Fake.
The event will be held online on November 20.
The event’s participants will:
- learn how to counter information manipulations, aggressive disinformation and fake news,
- find out how to avoid being trapped by a vast array of news, promptly and correctly fact-check the information from open sources, and identify the virus campaigns by bot farms and trolls.
The School’s lecturers will be Ukrainian journalists and strategic communications experts who will help the participants learn how to make correct editorial decisions during the course of their daily journalistic work.
The School of Strategic Communications and Anti-Fake aims to promote the development of quality journalism in Ukraine, implement media innovations and share experience of collaboration between journalists at the national and regional levels.
Participation in the School is free of charge.
