Souspilnist Foundation, with the support of Internews Ukraine, Detector Media, and the Independent Media Council will hold an expert discussion on “The work of the media in times of a military escalation” at 12:00 on January 25.
The event aims to provide an expert analysis of challenges facing the media during a possible escalation of military confrontation, in particular, ensuring that newsrooms continue operating in special conditions and journalists work in hotspots; finding sources of reliable information;countering disinformation operations; and identifying potential technological threats.
Journalists, representatives of media organizations, and scholars are among those invited to the discussion.
