Souspilnist Foundation launches the “Heroes of Freedom” project.
We are going to keep a sort of people’s diary: a new story for each new day.
The pieces will be dedicated to people from all walks of life:
- service members,
- territorial defense members,
- volunteers,
- ordinary citizens from across the country,
- fighters for our freedom, living and dead.
We need your help in writing it.
What kind of help? Life-related material: about a person’s life, their worldview, and their life experience. And also their role in bringing Ukraine’s victory over Russia closer.
We have to find people who have proven themselves and become known these days:
- A man using his tractor to tow away an IFV in the village of Liubymivka of the Kakhovskyi district in the Kherson region.
- A trumpeter playing the anthem of Ukraine on his balcony in Kyiv.
- Iryna Tsvila, a Svoboda member, who fell fighting for Kyiv.
- People like Vitaliy Deyneha, founder of the Come Back Alive Foundation, who cut short his travels around the world and returned to Ukraine.
- The many Ukrainians in Poland accommodating their compatriots. There is a crowd of those ready to help their fellow citizens at the stations the buses arrive at.
It is just one of the directions we can work in.
The stories will be posted on Facebook and Telegram. Therefore, the texts should be up to 4,000-5,000 characters long.
