On June 1, Souspilnist Foundation’s video project “Antithesis” (talking in the shelter about what matters) features Yuriy Andrukhovych.
Yuriy Andrukhovych is a patriarch of modern Ukrainian literature. He is a postmodernist writer, translator, leader of the Bu-Ba-Bu literary performance group, and a Stanislav Phenomenon member.
We have lost our country more than once due to internal political disputes. So, we spoke with Yuriy Andrukhovych about:
- who is rocking the boat and why;
- Ukrainian writer’s reaction to war and whether there is unity among artists in contrast to politicians;
- the most outrageous russian narratives.
Watch the conversation at 8 p.m. on June 1 on Souspilnist Foundation’s FB page and the pages of our partners: KURS, Reporter, and TRK RAI.
