Souspilnist Foundation and Souspilnist Academy invite journalists from all regions of Ukraine to the “School of Wartime Storytelling.”
The School of Wartime Storytelling is a three-day journalistic intensive training session in Kyiv where journalists receive practical tools for working with stories from invited coaches and guests, as well as exchange experiences with each other.
We invite those who want to enhance their storytelling skills, work with stories, and strive to do it better to join us.
During the intensive training, participants in the School will learn:
- How to tell stories and work with sensitive topics.
- How to conduct interviews and work with protagonists.
- How to perform rapid fact-checking.
- How to present stories on various platforms.
- How to work safely in the conditions of war.
When: November 17-19.
Where: Kyiv
Participant selection is carried out on a competitive basis.
To participate, you need to complete the form by 23:59 on October 29, 2023, and send a motivational letter, CV, and a sample of your own journalistic work to souspilnistfoundation@gmail.com.
Participation is free of charge. Souspilnist Foundation will cover travel expenses and provide accommodation and meals for participants during their attendance at the School.
