Over the past period, within the Mental Support for Media program, we have provided support to media professionals to help them maintain and strengthen their mental health and work effectively in challenging conditions.
Forty-one media professionals have benefited from individual consultations, with a total of 117 hours of support provided
We also conducted two important webinars with experts: “Emotional Self-Regulation Techniques” with Anastasiia Nizhnik and “Markers to Pay Attention to in the Context of Mental Health and When to Seek Help. How to Find Words and Guide a Colleague to Seek Support” with Anton Pokaliukhin.
We would like to remind you that we have also opened the opportunity for newsrooms to receive “support posters,” created by the talented Nikita Titov. These posters are filled with care and remind us of the importance of taking care of our mental well-being.
