Healing often begins with small moments—a gathering of like-minded people, a sincere conversation, and a film that addresses important topics. That’s exactly what our Mental Health Evening for Media was all about.
This time, we gathered for a film night with psychologist Yevheniia Tyrinova to watch Arthur the King. We reflected on resilience—and what keeps us going when our physical and emotional resources feel depleted. We talked about acceptance—of ourselves, of others, and of the life situations that shape who we are. And we reminded each other of the power of pausing: to notice new opportunities, to recharge, and to remember that we are not alone on our path.
Warm tea, meaningful conversations, and a real sense of support made this evening truly restorative. Thank you for being with us. May the thoughts and feelings from this evening stay with you for a long time to come.
Held as part of the Mental Support for Media program by the Souspilnist Foundation, in partnership with UNESCO Ukraine and with the support of the people of Japan.
