Bringing innovative experiences to the profession. Another wonderful chapter of the 25th Media Mobility Hub in Wartime has come to a close. Two weeks flew by with lightning speed. During this time, our media interns conquered Kyiv newsrooms, honed their professional skills, listened to and “reviewed” advice from authoritative journalists, met new colleagues, and mastered essential skills for working in wartime conditions.
At the final event, we summarized the interns’ internship experiences and discussed their future professional plans. Co-founder of Hromadske Radio, Andrii Kulykov, not only presented certificates to the interns but also shared his experience and gave valuable advice, emphasizing that a journalist’s reputation is the cornerstone of professionalism.
The team at the Souspilnist Foundation believes that each of our graduates will continue to effectively contribute to the development of the national media sector and share knowledge with colleagues at the regional level. Working within the framework of the 25th Wartime Hub is another step towards independent media and the future recovery of Ukraine.
We also want to thank the Media Program in Ukraine, the newsrooms, and our media interns for their support and fruitful cooperation!
