You listen to other people’s difficult stories but do you have time to hear yourself? We are launching a series of practice-oriented webinars on trauma-informed journalism, and we’re starting with the most important thing: your inner state.
We invite you to explore the personal dimension and discuss:

– ways to stabilize yourself in challenging moments;
– self-care before and after interviews or filming.
How to take care of your psychological well-being while covering difficult topics and in journalistic work in general we’ll explore together with Kateryna Katerynchuk, a psychologist and psychotherapist trained in CBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy; a specialist at the Resilience Hub platform; and a member of the Ukrainian Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Ukrainian Association for Emotionally Focused Therapy.
