December 13-17 is the week of mutual support and mental health

On the eve of St. Nicholas Day (December 13-17), Souspilnist Foundation jointly with UA:PBC invites you to join the Week of Mutual Support and Mental Health.

It is a series of on-air discussions on TV and radio where we will be talking about the power of words, human connections and care that can change the world.

2021 was not an easy year and it looks like 2022 has new challenges up its sleeve for all of us. Hence the questions that we will consider during the Week of Mutual Support and Mental Health:

  • the lessons from 2021 that will help us become more resilient in the new year;
  • how to foster mutual support and why it is so important;
  • the role the media can play in building society’s resilience and creating a supportive environment in the country.

Among those participating in the events are

  1. Iryna Slavinska, executive producer at Radio Culture.
  2. Mark Livin, writer and journalist at Wonderzine Ukraine, and The Village Ukraine.
  3. Anastasiia Nizhnik, therapist, mentor for mental health programs, including those designed for journalists.
  4. Liliia Bodnar, founder of “Typical Journalists ”, SMM specialist at Happy Monday.
  5. Alina Suhoniako, editor-in-chief at UA:PBC, actor.
  6. Anhelina Kariakina, director general at the OUTLOOK project.
  7. Marharyta Tulup, freelance journalist, author of the “People Everywhere” podcast.

The Week of Mutual Support and Mental Health will end with awarding on December 17th the journalistic prize for contribution to journalism and creating a healthy information ecosystem.
