That’s why the Resilience Hub, as part of the Mental Support for Media program, teamed up with Ukrainian artist and illustrator Nikita Titov to explore how to visually make the theme of care closer to those who keep us informed every day, so that we understand the situation on the front lines and in Ukraine as a whole.
In our research, we involved about 40 journalists who actively work on the topic of war and/or work in combat zones.
We are delighted to share with you a series of visualizations about the need to listen and be heard, understand, support ourselves and others, because humanness and respect are among our most valuable resources that need to be cherished and developed. Indeed, they are also key to continuing to do our work effectively.

Also, we would like to remind you that the opportunity for psychological support for journalists and media professionals is always available within the Mental Support for Media program.
