We invite media professionals to a special self-care evening — a clay sculpting workshop.
• November 14, 16:00–18:00.
• Location: Kyiv (the exact address will be sent to you by email after registration).
• Registration: https://forms.gle/BNiAp9TCk35z2Ruh7.
• Limited spots available!
Clay sculpting is a wonderful art therapy technique because:
• It helps you anchor in the moment — by focusing on texture, shape, and the process itself, you take a break from information overload and anxious thoughts, grounding yourself in the here and now.
• The physical act of shaping clay restores a sense of control and capability — you’re creating something new, and that reflects your ability to transform your inner state.
• Clay sculpting provides a safe outlet for accumulated tension.
• During the workshop, you’ll create a clay piece of your choice. As a bonus, you can return at a convenient time later to glaze your creation.
Mental Health Evenings are part of the Mental Support for Media program — a series of events designed to help media workers restore their well-being in a supportive, conversational environment.
The program is implemented by the Souspilnist Foundation in partnership with BrainCult, in collaboration with UNESCO Ukraine and supported by the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine.
