We invite you to join the session “Preventing Journalist Burnout: Self-Care as a Daily Focus”, where we will talk about practical ways to support yourself and restore your resources amid constant work pressure.
What will we discuss?

🔹 What to do when your energy runs out;
🔹 How to avoid the trap of perfectionism and cope with self-criticism;
🔹 How to turn “self-care” into a sustainable system that actually works.
You will be guided in building your personal burnout prevention plan by Kateryna Katerynchuk, a psychotherapist trained in CBT and Emotion-Focused Therapy, and a specialist of the Mental Support for Media program.
