We received over a hundred applications—from Sumy to Odesa, from Kharkiv to Lutsk—for the “Media Management for Youth” course curated by Tetiana Kyselchuk. Ambitious, persistent, and convinced applicants applied because they needed an incredible concept, creative drive, and a media project idea. Candidates submitted projects of various formats at the idea stage or in the initial implementation phase. But the most important thing was the insights and messages from brave individuals ready to learn and implement media projects in challenging times, strengthening our resilience and fortitude.
The selection committee works day and night, on weekdays and weekends, to carefully consider all applications and choose twenty participants who will come to Kyiv for a week to master new skills.
The “Media Management for Youth” course will cover various areas, including strategy development, organization administration, editorial policy, fundraising, marketing, project presentation, social media management, website development, cybersecurity, personnel management, and other breakthrough components. Speakers and coaches are already preparing incredible case studies of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
