How is your newsroom really doing? Until the end of the summer, media teams can take part in a free team psychological assessment from Mental Support for Media.
The assessment will help you gain a clear picture of your team’s psychological well-being, receive practical recommendations for editors and newsroom managers, as well as have a chance to receive follow-up psychotherapeutic support this fall.
What do you need to do? Submit an application on behalf of your newsroom and have your team complete the assessment during July–August.
Participation is open to newsrooms with 10 or more team members.
